Product Description

This machine utilizes a special screw design and various configurations, making it suitable for the production of various plastics for color mixing, modification, and pelletizing, including PC. The screw and barrel are specially treated for wear and corrosion resistance, while offering excellent dispersion, mixing, and plasticizing properties. The exhaust port design removes moisture and volatile gases from the material during production, resulting in more stable and compact pellets, ensuring high-quality, stable, and reliable production.

Gearbox

This product is designed in accordance with the technical specifications of ZBJ19009-88. Gears and shaft components are constructed of high-strength alloy steel, achieving a gear precision of GB10095-88, Grade 6, and a tooth surface hardness of HRC-60. An oversized thrust bearing is installed at the output shaft to withstand the back thrust of the screw. Key standard components, including bearings and oil seals, are all high-quality domestic products. The entire unit boasts a high load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
